In early 2000, DAI Group acquired e Haven Inc. to add customer-to-business (C2B) web development to ITS service offering.

In 2001, Avalon Works Corp. accquired Warnetwork Telecom to become one of the largest authorized sales centers of AT&T Canada, which is the country's largest competitive national broadband business services provider and competitive local exchange carrier.

This acquisition allows Avalon Works clients enjoy the benefits and reliability of AT&T Canada's 18500 kilometers of local and long haul broadband fiber optic network and world-class data, internet, web hosting and e-business enabling capabilities. Warnetworks Telecom presence in the business long distance, local, data, internet and e-business solutions markets, allows Avalon Works to bundle a full spectrum of products.
