Mr. Mirella, CMA has progressive senior executive experience complemented by strong strategic planning, organizational and financial skills which combined with his skills supervising and leading management staff in the attainment of business targets in the private and public sector is expected to provide a positive addition to the Corporation's board.

Mr. Mirella started his career in 1990 through 1996 as a senior policy analyst with CRTC, then joined AT&T Canada as a national Account Executive-Sales, followed by Cisco Systems as Manager – Business Finance. He is also the Chief Financial Officer and one of the founding Partners of Coliseum Inc., a leading Ottawa based recreational business, responsible for all its finance, accounting and tax-related issues.
